My Baby Loves This Cool Air

Man the truck is running fine in this 50 degree weather. Left work a while ago and hit it pretty hard in second gear and had to let off before it went all the way around. Probably burned the tires for about 100 feet before it started going sideways, damn it felt good!!

True, but be careful cuz the pavement doesn't. I almost found out the hard way.

Well speaking of cool air and performance, it was minus 59 with the wind here a few nights ago and -49 without it.

The D.A. was 5,950 feet below sea-level; it could have allowed for a pretty impressive 1/4 mile pass....:D

I think I would just die.

No doubt about it.

It broke a record, in fact 11 of them across the province...
One Meteorologist said we were the coldest place on the planet that day.
So much for global warming.....;)

Yes, I was up in your area (Edmonton-'ish) when it did that. We have a balmy +2 in Calgary today...time to start thinking about drag racing....yeah...right..;)

Have a great Holiday, take care...

FJ, I'm feeling a great amount of disdain for you right now:D :D

There's a foot of snow on the ground and just a few days ago it was 20 below with 45 below wind chills, balmy compared to RottenR's place, though:D :D My trucks in storage :aetsch: :aetsch:

Once more, at the risk of being further hated, here's to all you guys working on your trucks in the driveway and talking about the "cool" weather and how great she's running today, Jack I think it was you who said this the last time too :D
