But I've been saying that for years, nobody wanted to listen. The feds have no concept of double jeopardy. They will find a way to charge someone whether or not they have been convicted for the same behavior in state court. In fact, they will charge someone and convict them of the same crimes in federal courts in different districts. I know that for a fact, as I know someone who had that exact thing happen to him. Justice is not only blind, she is also deaf, dumb, and apparently has a pretty bad habit to feed.
