Heard a comment on the news that the F'n feds are talking about coming in
and charging him under that damn civil right's bullshit like they have done in
a few other cases where the local verdict in some case was not "politically
correct".
If I was the Gov of Texas and it looked like that was going to happen, I would
would provide 24hr armed protection for Mr.Horn and tell the F'n feds they had 48hrs to get the f@#k out of Texas, or else.

But I've been saying that for years, nobody wanted to listen. The feds have no concept of double jeopardy. They will find a way to charge someone whether or not they have been convicted for the same behavior in state court. In fact, they will charge someone and convict them of the same crimes in federal courts in different districts. I know that for a fact, as I know someone who had that exact thing happen to him. Justice is not only blind, she is also deaf, dumb, and apparently has a pretty bad habit to feed.

One would think that as easy as it is to find so many really honest and upright
citizens that hold the federal govenment in utter disgust and contempt, that
