It is abundantly obvious that you have never setup or participated in a stipulated race. Do you really think the Cobra owner would have agreed to set the Lightning out 3 lengths if he didnt think it was fair and had a chance to win the money? Do you own a TV? Do you get the Speed Channel? Did you ever watch the original Pinks? If the answer to any of those questions is no then Id suggest you do a quick youtube search and educate yourself as much as possible.
