Trust me Jack, I did not want to get rid of it. I would've taken this thing to the grave with me if I could've.This truck just wasn't suited to be my DD..... gas mileage, maintenance, etc. The 10 will always be my true love.

I'll elaborate a little later but here it is..... Shit I'm gonna miss her. She's going for a decent price though.

I don't think an asking price of under $20K is decent, it's a steal for a new buyer. These trucks should not be sold that cheap. It would take a lot more than that to get me to give up mine.

Agreed, but as all of us know.... our trucks are not investments. The crazy thing is they gave me 19,500 for trade in..

On paper they gave you that, they made up for it on the sale of the Mustang. Still sorry to see you selling it, but I am happy for you. You put your family first, and in the big picture that is what's most important. Enjoy your new car sir.

Is the price too low? I have seen the bottom fall out of so many vehicles. Challengers and AMX's on lemon lots for 1300 bucks. Who knows what the future might bring.

Beautiful car man, i hate you had to part ways with your truck as well. I could have gotten a 5.0 for a lil less than the Z but i wanted something a lil more exotic and plus im in the middle of the bid "D" and the wife has an 07 GT...they are awesome cars for sure, enjoy my friend :rock:

Not necessarily, got the nismo marked down from $41k to $33,000 before I ever mentioned trade, they weren't happy with that, and tried to lowball my truck then cause they came so low on the car, then I told them the lowest I'd take trade foe the truck, 4 days later they agreed

Point is I'm sure Tim was smart and worked the deal for the best, I used to sellcars so I know the bs they will play, though ford is pretty straight up (around here), typically $500 over invoice on a 5.0...

Very correct bud... I gotta great deal. That was part of the reason I couldn't pass it up. I got trade in value on my truck + 4K off MSRP.

No problem, my buddy here in Tifton got one, 26mpg and 412 hp, my absolute favorite thing about the car though was that when your racing and you hit the redline the entire rpm gauge cluster turns red telling you to shift so your not directly looking down. Thats an awesome feature!

Whats funny is that its prolly gonna bust that supercharged grocery getters ass at PCB next year :aetsch: plus it attracts more vagina that the trucks
