Mystery Missile Launch Seen off Calif. Coast

To me, this seems like a huge problem if we don't know who fired it. If it's not something our military knows about, that's a problem. If it was a private company testing something, they would have had to get clearance from someone. :dontknow:
 
My guess is that they know exactly where it was launched from, and by whom, they just ain't sayin'

Then in my opinion they should say that if they really know. They should just say "We know exactly why & where it was fired from but it's classified information" or "It was a missile test". All this "I don't know" stuff makes them seem inept. But if they really don't know then at least they're being honest.

well since the government knows when anything moves in our airspace I would say they knew when it took off, and where it landed, ;)

I've never seen a balloon put out a contrail.....

Must be one'a them newfangled jet balloons I been hearin' about....

Much ado over nothing......
