National Meet Location

First off, sorry I have not done this sooner.

This week has been pure hell

Anyway, you can vote for as many of the locations as you want. It's a multiple vote poll.

I'm not going to try to explain why I choose these locations, but I will say a lot of thought went into the choices. You might agree or disagree, but I don't want to get into that.

I also want to add, that I gave a lot of thought to the East/West gatherings also. It appeared to me that the majority preferred the National meet.

So lets go with this and see where it goes.

Denver is 3 hours from me and Saint Louis about 10. Not sure when Bandimere shuts down for the year but obviously its sooner then the other sites given its weather.

Just looked at Bandimeres website and it shows their last event of the season October 14. When were we planning to have the national meet?

Any of these locations are fine. I won't repeat my comments, it would suffice to say, I fall into the camp where any of these locations are too far to drive (with limited time off). But I believe there will be PLENTY of trucks to see, no matter which City hosts the event. Along with the frivolity, some ideas to kick around might be, DIY workshops, build list/authenticating committee, electing a DC liason for the club, Vendor's midway, a charter or mission statement, Death Cage matches, Blood Oath Secret Initiations. etc. All with the common goal of enhancing the ownership of the vehicle ,as well as, meeting as many of the members as possible. I would be happy to work with Silver or any members here, to help plan this event.

3 meets sounds like a good plan.Maybe every 3 to 5 years we have one
biggy for those that can make it.
