nav message!

so tonight i got in my 06 rc turned it on and heard a weird beep through the speakers,after looking around i see a message alert on my nav,error comes up cannot read nav disk,now i have never had the disk out of the dash,i finally got the disk out wiped it and reinstalled it but it still wont read the disk.

anyone have a similar problem?

Had the same problem with the Charger SRT8....My brother had a machine to clean DVDs..he did so and the problem went away.....otherwise it may be a warranty issue.....depends on the dealer..:dontknow:

needs a new nav disk... under warranty for 3/36... also a great upgrade.. just upgraded mine in the SRT8

Mine does the same thing. Specially when it is hot out.

I dont use the NAV much in mine.. because its so inaccurate here in Phoenix area... but mine has done that to me before also...

What do I have to mention to the dealer to get them to replace the disk?

Its random when the problem occurs...
