i believe that jvc unit is a dvd player as well...so you can watch pornos while driving, and the popo can't see it...

jrs, did you revamp the stock trim panel to accept the double din, say fiberglass and paint??, if so can you post up some more details...i hate the factory nav unit, but i wasn't sure how involved that would become to install the double din...

around here its the law no working tvs pass the front seats, hense thats why the new ones dont work when your drivin. how ever if you ground the parking wire it tells the unit that the truck is in park so you can use all the fuctions. all the new nav units work just like the new gps's cantchange destnations while rolling ect
ect so if you buy a brand new unit and you start rolling and a video is playing the screen turns black and all you hear is the audio
