Need caltrac information please

Guys I need to take some tools with me to help out Rice Eater and his caltracs

Can someone tell me what size wrench will fit the adjuster bar on the caltracs?

I remember the locking nut is 1 1/4"....bring all of your 7/8" and larger wrenches

bring adjustable crescent wrenches, and a BIG press if you plan on taking out the bushing and putting a new one on!! If just installing, then your typical adjustable wrench, and leaf-spring removing tools

aw thanks stinker for starting the thread I was gonna tonight! I have a 7/8 and its definately bigger than that.....I'm sure adj crescents (big) would do it.....I gotta get some bigger tools!

Note: They are already installed just want to dial them in! I got the bushing out w/ a punch and sledge hammer! NOt easy but it can be done......put the leaf on a 4X4 board angle it and start beating the shit out of it! The first one took a little bit but once I figured out the technique I had the 2nd one out in under 5 min.

A 6" adjustable is all that you need....1 full turn past contact is the sweet spot....

That's honestly all I use... biggest combination wrench I have is 15/16...and it's close.... 1":dontknow:
