Need Size of Rear Window/Top Windshield/SRT Badge

My 2005 QC is in the shop at DV8 Performance in New Orleans and I'm out of town. I need the size of the grill SRT badge, the top width of windshield and standard height (legal marker) for decal, size of rear window also for decal sizing. Anybody can help I'd be grateful.

Looking to order a custom badge and vinyl window graphics before truck is done at shop, but require sizes.
