When I saw black I was about to vote for it lol. Then I realised this isn't my truck/vehicles. From what I have seen of your truck, polished. Red will look too out of place against all that bling of the wheel, likewise with gold. Black would be second as black works with everything although you don't have much exterior black to work with to make the black theme "unite". Polished is like you didn't change anything, ie: subtle. It'll be clean and a neat factor when someone spots the subtle difference, they'll bend down to have a look and really appreciate the touch. Less is more IMO and with many small touches like this, it all ties in. :) I haven't seen enough of your truck to get the "vibe" but I'd also consider leaving it polished then having the viper engraved part painted red, so it'll look like a red outline.

2c

either polished with the polished stockers, like Carl says:rock:

or

black with black lug nuts on the polished stockers:rock:

Silly me.... I went with the GOLD!

Jim , isnt all your underhood caps gold? if so then why not , and I know I cant do it, but can you do jsut the engraving in gold?

How about polished with high spots on the surface in red to see the detail?

:withstupid: I really think this would look the best.

Ohhhhh ......... I think I like that idea Bud. Like the viper skull in red the rest polished. Sweet, gotta figure out how to do it. Polished is in the lead right now ..... Thanks a lot you guys ....

Jim

Let us know if you do ... I would think a dremel to a polished cap to make the surface to be painted rough, then tape off the rest of the cap but the part you want red with an exacto knife and then some good paint.

Hey jim whats going on.. polished but do the viper in red accent. When i get them that what i plan on. A good pin stripper should be able to paint them

i picked polished also.my second choice would be black but from far away it may look like you dont have any at all:dontknow: ... go with the polished

Yea ....... I like the idea of a pinstriper guy, I know an artist that does air brushing and pinstriping on the side. Gotta check it out ......

Thanks

Jim
