Im only pushing 631 rwhp. why all the comments on internals? Truck runs real strong, no drifting, no engine noise(except for turbo sound), no problems shifting. When it goes in the shop again to get to low 10s then i'll do all the internal mods.

The stock tranny has it's limits. I have been through a few of them since adding parts for more power. It doesn't take much "abuse" once the torque management has been removed and the power goes up.

Forged pistons are on a number of forum members lists and will help (BUT NOT PREVENT) the problem of damage caused by detonation so make sure your tune is bang on. Turbos give the weight of these vehicles a chance to move before hitting them with boost. That is a very good thing.

If your target is low 10s, you will need ALL of the good stuff anyway so: "To Forge or Not To Forge?", will no longer be The Question.

its a funny thing 505 , up around that area the air is better, your truck would run low tens there, JRGND ran a killr time there also, now if they came south or west the times wouldnt be as good, but still a awesome run on DR's:rock:
