few simple fixes, K&N drop in, high flow cats, cat back, chip.. and she will wake up,,
Under $1500

6 speed conversion 10x fun factor and quite a bit of power freed up $5-6k in that range
headers $1-2k
cam $600
heads $3000/7000

not enough power adder time $1200- 50,000$
