New house

Oh that backyard will never do sell the house and let us know when you got one we can build a 1/4 mile track in an 1/8th mile track will never do.:D

LOL....The only reason we really moved was for my son, I wanted him to go to a better school, so I figured might as well get a house that we can grow into and live in for the next 20 years and possibly makes some good equity. This house is a brand new custom home and I got it for $97 per square foot.

Dude closing for me was a bitch....took about a month and a half and I had a VA backed loan. They tell me its hard to get a loan these days, and its gonna be even tougher after January 1st...good luck to you my man...cant wait to see the new crib.

Not florida, Austin, Texas.....its just under 4000 sq ft, with a full three car detatched garage with a covered breezeway from the garage to the house. Here are a few more pics, I will get some of the garage later, but really its just an empty garage....but I know how you guys are....

Nice, I hear you get a lot of bang for the buck in the loan Star State?

I have the loan approved all the way FINALLY after dealing with that part since early October. It's the closing that's gonna be a hassle; I know. My fingers are crossed. Oh yeah, and there's enough space to raise JSandlin and OSO there too.

Here's some sneak preview pics. It was built in 2007.

This is true. These pics are of the one I was initially going for in the same neighborhood on the other side of the same lake. It has one more bedroom, and a second staircase yet it was priced only at $345k but required some work. There was enough room for a pet ape in this one.

My gawd y'all those are some nice a$$ houses:rock: Are you all telling me that because I live on this island I have a $330k mortgage and it is a broken down 1,200 square foot crack shack.... and for that kind of money I could live in one of these?! I'm thinkin time for a move... I don't really like the weather here any more any way:D

That's a nice house. Where is Austin is this? I should go out there and invest... Northern California is extremely expensive for prices. I paid $620/sq ft for 1369 sq ft. :( At least I could stick a lift in the garage.. :)
