New Mod

Today while I was shopping for the job I am on ..... some jerk hit the passenger side of my bed and put 2 foot long crease in the bed no note nada :dontknow: not sure how some people can live with them self's ... I was wondering will the repaired area be very noticeable :dontknow:

Sorry to hear about this new mod. Kind of makes you want to put on video security video cameras on our trucks that are motion triggered.:idea: :idea: This would be a very cool mod for our trucks. I'm sure your body shop can make the truck happy again but ask to have the bodywork done with lead instead of bondo.

we had the same issue, we spent 300 eur (about $400) last year.

I bought a solid state video recorder and a couple of cameras, but that crappy china DVR didn't work starting from the desktop test

Custom body work like that is NOT acceptable!

A good body shop will fix it like new!

Alot of people are true pricks when it comes to taking responsibility for there mistakes.
At my office the other day I saw a kid in his dads new jacked up 4x4 ford back right into a ladies car and smash her tailgate. He had that oh shit look on his face, and took off as fast as he could. I ran out and around the building to catch him, but he was gone the other way. That pile of shit kid got away with hit and run.

that happens a lot with teenagers around here. i always tell my son if he hits someone he better and i mean better man up about it or he will wish he had. i hear from him all the time about someone running over someone else and leaving. ill beat the stupid out of him if he ever done something like that.. happened last year while i was on the way to the nats. he ran over a girls car. cost him a grand to get it fixed but hopefully he is more carefull now.

Ouch man. What others have said, NO BONDO! Insurance could cover you for a complete bedside. On the other hand, if I were to get a complete bedside I'd want the paint blended to my cab/tailgate/toneau. Only cause I am a picky SOB though too.

Now that is parenting.........teaching kids to take responsiblility for their actions!!

Sorry about the damage dude......some people just really suck. This is why we have insurance.

Dropped the truck off to my body shop , get it back next tuesday total cost will be a little over 1k , Hope every one has great 4tharty: I am off the Ritz Carlton for some much needed R&R
