New mods, new pics

I Looooooove these Rim's, are these the same as yours outnumbered?

FMI, is "chroom plated" and "polished" the same finish?

Not sure if http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/22-D...009QQitemZ190113681695QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
are the same ones....

Looking for such a set for the summertime. I bet you need a Rayban if you walk by the truck? :D  :D

Those are not the same wheels, those are polished (same as our wheels from the factory), which is different from chrome.

Hopefully these new mods will hold me over until winter when the Roc SC goes on :D

Suhweeet!!

Dude your truck looks SICK!!! :burnout:

Love the chrome plated wheels!!

Way to go!!!

What kind of sneaks did you put on there?

I saw those badges ages ago on Ebay and wasn't sure about them. From the Ebay photos they looked a bit dodgey but I like it on your truck. Way to take one for the team, mate.

Nope, I bought the "heavy" replicas. Which amounted to about 5 pounds. As for them breaking, well it would be the first I have seen.

More details pls ! Also about the tires : brand and type?

awesome ride, saw those pete badges on bone's truck like em a lot

4. Cowl pad removed (Thanks for the idea Kevan)

I'd like to see a pic of the Cowl pad removed. Is this under the hood "viper powered" pad? I screwed mine up trying to use fabric paint, like to see what you did.

Very nice job on the Truck!

Yup, those are the badges.

Wheels were also EBay. Your stardard SRT replicas.

Tires are General UHPs. Only a V rating, but I do not plan on going over 149MPH. I considered the BFG, but these were 1/2 the price so I figure I could burn through two sets for the same money. Mounted and balanced the tires were $165 through a local shop. They grip well and the ride vs the Pirelli's is night and day. Many think the Pirelli's are fine, but I can almost guarantee those who think they are fine would think again if they put on a different tire and went for a drive. I think the Pirelli did a good job in the grip deptartment, but ride quality sucked. It came down to the Generals and the Toyos, what made up my mind? The Generals were 2 days, the Toyo a week, granted I could have went to a different shop but I trust the workers at the shop I was at.

I will have a pic this weekend, but I am sure someone else will beat me to it as others have done this. It is not the Viper hood pad. It is the cowl, black plastic piece at the bottom of the windshield. Under the hood there is a ugly pad on it. 2 minutes and a little armour all and it looks outstanding.

Someone asked for pics of the cowl since I removed the pad. Well ask for and you shall receive.
