FMI, is "chroom plated" and "polished" the same finish?
Not sure if http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/22-D...009QQitemZ190113681695QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
are the same ones....
Looking for such a set for the summertime. I bet you need a Rayban if you walk by the truck?

I'd like to see a pic of the Cowl pad removed. Is this under the hood "viper powered" pad? I screwed mine up trying to use fabric paint, like to see what you did.
Very nice job on the Truck!
Wonder why it's even there, maybe insulation? :dontknow:94rt10ohio said:I will have a pic this weekend, but I am sure someone else will beat me to it as others have done this. It is not the Viper hood pad. It is the cowl, black plastic piece at the bottom of the windshield. Under the hood there is a ugly pad on it. 2 minutes and a little armour all and it looks outstanding.
