Is that the actual part number for the bassani's? Also, with the frame changes for 06, I know some longtube headers are an issue, How about the shorties? And how much are they on that site? :dontknow: Updated... found it... Thanks anyway...

Wow, $15 cheaper. Probably if you were to make an offer, instead of criticize, I would sell cheaper. Try getting them shipped from any of the vendors for less than a 1000 shipped.

Price is not bad... Just did not know the part number. Have been looking for a long time. Does not even have it listed on the Bassani website.

Perhaps the most tactful response would've been to show the competing vendor's ad and ask he'd like to beat or match his price... It was a small nuance that could have made a big difference in the way it was taken.

btw, if i see somebody selling something at a price that is higher than some online/offline vendor, i send the person a private email or private message and point it out to them politely. if you publicly post it in their FS thread, such as in the case, it is going to a) piss the person off, and/or b) make the person look like they're trying to rip everybody off, and consequently ruin their FS thread.

what kind of gun? hope she was worth more than a .22.

i decided to keep the gun and my wife. of course, when i turned 40, she bought me a Springfield Armory MC operator 1911 w/ the lightweight frame. nice $1000 1911. for xmas, she got me a Barrett M99 32" 50BMG sniper rifle - fully loaded - with a top-of-the-line Bushnell Elite 4200 scope to boot. and then for valentines, she bought me an AK-47 variant called the AMD-65 - quality factory new Yugo parts for the build. when i bought the viper truck, she thought i needed a nice small form factor regular cab truck gun, so she picked up one of those foldable 9mm Kel-tek Sub2000s, with a carry case, tacrail, Insight 2XL light/laser, and 2 extra 32 round Glock factory mags for it.

oh, and my wife's a stripper and gives me free lapdances, so there are other benefits to this marriage too.

so, rreinicherr, would you be interested in trading those headers for gun(s) (assuming you are not a felon, and that you are old enough, and can legally own where you live). i'vr got a collection that i'm currently trying to weed out and sell or trade up for high end guns (and maybe headers for my truck )
