Nope, those are illegal too inside city limits and/or on private property. You are allowed to wave your arms (in a non-threatening manner) but no spitting is permitted.

Hahaha!!

Well, for one thing, it would ruin the economy if we were to become part of Mexico. You see, we can get fruit shipped from Mexico to here (4400 km.) which is cheaper than buying it locally from growers 630 km. away. You just can't disrupt a market like that, or it would upset the delicate balance of the Free Trade Agreement, and put the country in financial chaos.
It's just not for us to understand. It makes perfect sense to those raking in the cash though.

So that’s why they have those agricultural stops hahahaha .. all about the almighty dollar
 
The first agricultural stop I came to was in Truckie and thought it was a toll booth in the middle of nowhere .. I asked the guy why is it so damn cold here . I had no heater in the car and was wearing shorts and a tee shirt .. He said it’s the coldest place in the states and it wasn’t even winter .. Thank god it wasn’t or they may have put me on the menu at Doner Pass hahahaha
