okay... I have put my previous design in the back burner for now since it seem that it will cost quite a bit to make. So i came up with another design. This time it will be made out of Polished Aluminum. So there will be no worries on durability (like on fiberglass.) take a look and let me know what you guys think. Also, I will have a prototype made and installed by next week!

Pictures will definitely be helpful, cuz the way I think it will look doesn't do it for me much. But I may be completely wrong.

Waiting to see it photoshopped on my truck sir!

Yeeea about that. I couldnt get it photoshopped. I have a friend of mine who does that but she never got to it ha.

if you send me the 3d file so I may open in e-viewer (so I can orient the image to a truck pic) I could easily photshop this for you. or post some truck pics in a similar perspective of the original wing images. up to you:)

ok cool. if i dont get it done by next week ill shoot you the file.

put it on my truck, but had to cut out the original wing.

WOW that turned out better than what i thought it would! Can you scale it down (X & Y Equally) Its too big. The length of the wing should matche the length of the tailgate. It does not reach out to the fender. also move it down just enough to cover the round edge of the tailgate.. Check your profile, i sent you the E-Drawing file ha.

Appearance wise the design looks like NASCAR. So it has a cool look.
Lots of down force at high speed. Do you know how this will affect the handling?

Dodge SRT designed balance from front to back with the splitter formed into the front fascia and the stock rear wing for down force "without" drag.

+1 for coolness, -1 for drag and handling.

Still curious to see how the finished product looks AND performs.

Cheers :)

shrunk in x,y and moved down below tailgate curve. I will see if I can work with the e file later today.:)
