Metal is here I just laid out my cut lines. I will be able to get started tomorrow if not tonight.

I spoke with fstjack about the wire looms. Seems someone already makes them. He also warned me about using metal for the loom material. Seems that if there is a weak spot in the protective sheath, it will arc out. I may have to look into making them out of phenolic instead.

Nah. Just oversize the slots in the looms and use a high-temp dielectric insert around the wires. I have a good design in mind. Let me know if you want to co-develop some.

I guess we have a project on our hands then What is the diameter of the MSD wires? Mine are still out of state, so I can not dimension them
