Not as purdy as Santeen's Bassanis but these will work. Basically spent a few hours grinding down all of the casting marks and the pegs for the heat shields, port matched them to exhaust gaskets, and ceramic coated them. What do you think?

Oh, almost forgot. My engine is DONE!!!! I will be picking it up on Mon or Tue to install it back in the truck, and then taking it the DLM for some more goodies.

Looks good man, I have heard that the stock manifolds ported are not to far from the gains of a set of headers. Maybe not as much torque as longtubes, but still way cheaper in the end.

Actually headers, will improve HP and generally reduce torque in bottom end RPMs

did you just have the "supercharged" etched into the OEM covers or are those new all togther

He powder coated them in red first then placed a stencial and them powder coated them in black
