Sounds like more than likely it's had a supercharger. Whether a Roe or Paxton who knows but I bet if you post pics of truck, engine bay, and vin we'll figure it out. It's the items internally in the engine you can't see is what was possibly done. Pictures of heads, and engine bay in general and I'll tell you what's stock and not. Our trucks came with a single gauge pod pillar. Oil Temperature wS the gauge in that position.

I willl take plenty of pics and post vin when I get home today.

VENOMOUS1, here are some pics of my vin and whatnots. I tried to take pictures of the cut wires in the engine bay, under front passenger side wheelwell, under dash on driver side. I tried to take some from underneath, not sure if the are good enough or even needed.

This was a father's day gift from my wife and kids 3 times ago. She picked it out, flew me to Chicago and surprised me with it. Other than me changing power steering lines and pump, this is how I got it. I can take more if need be. Any other info would be great.

It's had some work done to it for sure. Bet ViperJeff can trace the vin and see who owned it and check their past on this forum as far as mods. What gues throttle body say on it?

Kinda thought so. They're a company here in Texas that builds cars of all kinds with a not so great reputation. Doesn't mean anything bad, as you parts look great, he was just known to be expensively subpar. Lol

I have read that, and probably would not have purchased myself. But have had no problems with anything.
