Oil Cooler Help Needed

Went to instal the new oil cooler lines last night and 3 out of 4 fittings torqued correctly - 4th has stripped the hole in the cooler. Where to get a new oil cooler? Not sure there is any way to fix this one. I was more than a little pizzed but - what do you do.
so where can I get a new oil cooler?

if the threads are stripped out, possible Heli-coil repair???

Don't want to heli-coil it if I don't have to. Prefer to replace the unit.

Do you happen to know what size wrench fits the larger nuts on the lines? I was going to do mine and realized I don't have anything large enough in an open end wrench.

You can use a crescent wrench
