yup, you will need to buy the nav antenna.

I believe it is "Plug & Play" but you have to run the GPS antenna. Here is a site with some info.

It is plug and play. Make sure you have the correct GPS antenna and make sure you get it mounted securely up under the dash, plug it all up and it should function perfectly.

i have installed it before.. very easy all plug and play, antenna is mounted with double sided tape, mounts under dash behind radio.

Seriously, is that where the antenna is supposed to go? I dont want to stick it there and get lousy reception...

Yep the GPS antenna is under the dash from factory.... The big "bubble" you see on top of some of the trucks is the Sirius Sat. Radio antenna.
