well its begun ,i got the truck backed into the garage, that was no easy task ,next weekend i start the tear down ,,took me two days of limping around trying to clear a spot but i did it !

We should have a party James since I have some stuff to put back togther in the engine compartment too.
 
here is plan ,,,got all parts in house ,,health is improving rapidly,confidence is high ,we are go for take off :stupido2:

list once again,, i will check them off as i go ,,,i will try to take pics too as i go ,but some times i get tunnel vision on a project ,and my savantizim kicks and my eyes roll up into my head as i work ,, so be nice :eek:

#1 teardown and remove camshaft
#2 install comp cam 270
#3 install ported and polished heads (Thanks to Bone & his Crew)
#4 install new comp cam lifters & hardened puhrods
#5 install justin powdercoated intake,that was gasket matched , (Thanks 4 the extra polishing on ports Justin u da MAN)
#6 Install a bit of giggle jucie (just a bit)
#7 Install new SPEC clutch and viper master upgrade (thanks Blaine)
#8 Install stinkers new hood :slug:

no I was told a rebuild could not be done in frame, well myth busted almost done. But if your like me and have no access to a hoist or engine stand it can be done inframe..

gotcha :rock:damn your givin me forged ideas now stop it !but how hard is it to drop the oil pan inframe????

Pretty simple actually loosen the the side engine bolt then put a bottle jack under ac and up you go about 6inches of course mine only went 5inches(did bring enough blocks):marchmellow: but i still had plenty of room to just drop the oil pick up with it, oh thos only hard part was the assholes who put my truck together welded the crossmember so I had to use a cutoff wheel to gind it down fuggers:dontknow: :marchmellow:
