My srt ram over heated out of the clear blue, I changed the thermostate in the truck. It is running 200 to 210 is this right or could I have a problem? In the past it ran 190... Not sure what to look for next ... took it to a dealer and the viper tech acted like he really did not know... I only have about 50,000 miles on this truck and there is only about 10,000 miles on the engine after I had it rebuild a few years ago.

That's normal temperature unless you install a 170* thermostat and a tune to turn on the fan sooner. What's your oil temperature?

Welcome. 200-210 is normal operating temperature in warm weather. Where are you located?

change the Rad cap. It might not be holding pressure and/or it is letting in air.
