Hi all,

DC specific upgrade kit: $832

Prices installed vary from RC to QC and what other mods you want. Each install comes with our upgrade kit, before and after dyno tests and custom tuning specific to your vehicle. A detialed estimate can be prepared for you. Most installs are in the 10-11k range with this discount.

So there is no option to work with the VEC? Only to custom tune your PCM? So I would have to have two PCMs to run a NOS program and a program with just the Paxton? Or is there another option?

You can use the VEC 2, but you will still need a pcm program to remove the wide open throttle timer. This will remove the "lean spikes" on wide open throttle. The VEC 2 cannot do this.

Some of you may remember my slow times at bandimere earlier this year when I ran Brokes nearly stock truck. After I installed the blower flash...removing the wide open throttle timer delay I nearly picked up a full second in the 1/4 mile. Best bang for the buck. From a standstill the truck has a hard time accelerating til the boost kicks in...after the flash and removal of the timer delay the bottom end wakes up quite a bit :burnout:

Okay I sent DC a PM and never got a response. I have had their Stage II PCM and flash since about August 2005. Does anyone know if the wide open throttle timers were removed on all of their flashes since the beginning or did they start doing that later? :dontknow:

So the PCM flash I got from Boomer (B&G) doesn't already do that? I haven't seen any lean spikes on my present tune. Is that only with the Paxton?

I also sent an email to your shop about a month ago for a Hemi flash. Haven't received a reply yet.

was having problems with my truck, running like crap, popping through exhaust, kept throwing code 1391, one phone call to Dan he told me to check my split/second box maybe a little water got in there, I checked the box, it was like a small fish tank in there, dried it out, sprayed some wire dry in there, then gave it a nice trim and blowdry, truck has never idled smoother or run better, I called him back knowing they were closed just to leave Dan a thank you message on his voicemail, if you read this Dan thanks again problem solved, Dan really is the man.

I was just there today. Dan has very competitive prices. Call him for an appointment. He spent a lot of time with me in person going over several different options for several mods i'm doing from bone stock.
