PCM Reprogram sticker

Anyone else have this stuck on their truck. 05 quad cab its on the radiator support beam that goes from fender to fender. Just wondering what may of been done. Thanks all

its mandatory for epa when you get your vehicle smogged...its an authorization sticker..that PCM flash was for TSB 18-027-05 for a couple of different reasons...cold start rough idle, evap leak monitor, and MIL for P0330

If I were you I would get a sharpie and write in: Supercharger/Exhaust/Intake. Then if you have problems just tell them it was an authorized modification.
