Then take her to court.... What do you have, $1000 Deductible?

I have a $500 deductable. My insurance said that if they prove she didn't have insurace they will cover my deductable:eek: I just hate how they drag this stuff out forever:mad: Can't even go to a drive through the window won't roll down:(

This winter my dad and I are going to get together and buy a building for all of our vehicles. Once we find the building and buy it, my Viper truck will be going in permanent storage because of shit like that. It will only be taken out on really nice days, and for "fun drives" only. No more grocery runs, dinners & movies, or anywhere where the truck's not in my line of sight the entire time.

Where I live people are jealous of anyone who drives something nicer than a 1986 Cavalier, and keying nice vehicles is a pastime of sorts, as well as driving without insurance. What a shame.

I feel your pain. The GF car is a freakin magnet for dings. She has an 05 that we bought new. BTW her first brand new car. It has a hair over 10,000 miles and has been dinged 5 times. One looks like a door ding and the others look like the dents are from a pellet gun.
