Since I am hosting in I will be buying a couple of large containers of potato salad and macaroni salad from costco, we serve this stuff at all of our American Sand Assoication Events, and its great stuff!!

Maybe someone (or more than one) can grab some paper plates (thicker ones because of steak!!), and plastic silverware.

I have A-1, and various other seasonings here...
