The best you can do with fraud situation is work with these folks... I dont know of any lawyer that will work with you without wanting something like a $3k retainer.. because there is no $$$ in it for them to take it on contingency...

Good to hear.. about time someone got the craphole company by the balls...hope they get em for more than the losses, charge em with fraud, take away their ability to take credit cards, etc..
