Please post some pics showing where and how you mounted your V1.I'd like to see some different ways of doing this. If you used an aftermarket mount, please name it and give a link if possible.

Sorry for asking, but what is a V1-- a radar detector? If it is, sorry, I can't really help ya out specifically, there illegal here in VA.

But, I would try a search here, my guess is several have them installed in various ingenious places

best damn radar detector you can buy by far ,,i have had them all beltronics ,cobra,front and rear mounted escorts you name it ,,nothing out works a valintine 1 :rock: :rock:

hey dude hit ntwork up he knows were to get a sweet mount that clamps to you rear veiw mirror and there is a right up in diy how to hardwire it in to you overhead consule plan on doing myself as soon as i finish my other projects

I recently acquired a passport x50 8500. I really wanted a v1 but found the passport at a pawn shop for 60 $ like new . I know its not as good as a v1 but for 60 bones who could pass it up ?

Already saved my butt twice so I guess it paid for itself already.

Any one want to trade a v1 for a passport.

P.S. this pawn shop deals in all types of automotive accessorize . They have had no less than 4 passport 8500 in this month . If any one is interested I will check and see if they have any more and pass the deal on .
