I only see a few things missing, a kitchen, a fridge stocked with your favorite brew and a BIG screen television, add those and you only have to leave to restock the munchies and beer (unless you can get a delivery schedule setup).

You didn't see the BIG plasma screen on the wall, by the pool table, did ya... :D ;)

Damn that is sweet..... How big is the building? 80x100? :dontknow:

Very nice shed. How's he liking the Alfa? That's about the only Class "A" I can stand straight up in.

I think he likes it, major problems getting any warranty work done from the place it was bought from though. He bought it a couple years ago and hasnt used it very much. Went to Arizona once, Saskatchewan once and thats about it. Ya its super tall, hence the reason for the new building.

Tell him when he is ready to sell the Camaro, I'll take it!

Camaro????????? Never in our shop. Its a 1973 AMX 401 4-speed Pierre Cardin Interior car. All original never restored, dad bought it new.

My uncle built a similar shop and did put a living quarters in it. Two levels and turned out really nice. They use it all the time for different occasions.

With Alfa now being out of bidness, I guess that could be expected with no factory backing. Although all the bolt in components should be covered by each independant manufacturer as long as their warrantees stand. Alfa built a good looking well appointed machine.

The warranty issues were shortly after it was bought while Alfa was still in business. The problem was not them but the dealer. I remember my folks looking at tons of different manufactures and different models. I think the Alfa was the top pick due to the quality, pricing and a unique double hallway in the rear that they really liked.

How big and what was the cost to build it (the steal structure part) the rest I can figure out pretty easy. I am looking at a property were if in the budget I might be able to build one. You can PM me if that is better

Finally got a picture of the outside, pavement just was done last week. My brothers Magnum parked out front.
