plastic rear seat belt latches

The plastic cover on rear seat belt latches( the male side) on the qc's are cheap and have broken into pieces on my truck...I also believe that Robs(Itch) have done the same thing. Anyone else have this happened ?
Is there a replacement for them ?( Better than the ones from the factory.)
Vendors help ?

The plastic covers on my wife's Durango cracked....dealer replaced them under warranty...he told me that this was common and the new covers were different from the factory ones so maybe improved?
