The performance options are huge...I can't do the math, but someone out there can...
Here are the options:
Three transmission settings (not counting the paddle shifters)
Three traction settings
Two suspension settings
I think that means...3 cubed, the total squared... is that 729 settings?
Any way, it was obvious by the posts from CTS V racers that one set of settings was the preferred for quarter mile performance...I tried it...
A little left foot brake pressure...slight throttle pressure to about 1100 rpm and roll on the throttle ("roll" being very important).
Two very black streaks about 20 ft long...two black streaks about 5 ft long as it hit second, and 2ft chirps as it hit third...
No one could shift as fast as the sport auto setting does...so the shifter and the paddles are really a waste...
Damn, scared the shit out of me...not much noise just a lot of go...a pulley, headers, and a tune is getting mid 11's for the people who are modifying the LSA engine.
But with a 100k warranty on the power train I think it has plenty for this old fart...this is not your grandfathers Cadillac!
