Dropped a plug lead on a header so i got a new set from Sean Roe with the viper logo boots, BRILLIANT service as always
The question i have is , do i have to remove the intake to push the leads into the coils?
Thanks in advance

Depends on the size and length of your fingers....:D

If you havent done it before (taking off intake manifold), make sure to get your
tools first. You need a torx T25 or 11mm socket a 1/4 wrench and some extensions + patience.

If you made it to bolt no. 9 (driver side towards firewall) you will know what i mean.

Good luck !

I did it several times and my downtime is now max 30 min.

I didn't have any trouble getting the intake off...

Just takes time.

And, yes you have to remove the intake.

Might as well clean under there too- mine was pretty dirty.

Gaskets for the intake are re-usable. They are aluminium with a soft-component at the inlet openings to seal. No need to buy new gaskets.

I would get new gaskets, when I did mine they looked OK but for $50 and piece of mind, you NEVER know....not worth reusing for the cost........
