the hells that mean?
I was gonna ask you it is not in the Tech manual:confused: :argh: Only thing I can think of is that vaccum thing for the cruise control:confused: or the one that goes up into the dash:marchmellow:

I got the same code the other day. It was when I took the throttle body off to clean it and I forgot to reconnect the vaccum line underneath it.

i reset the PCM last nigth and drove it about 80 miles and havn't seen it since! so hopefully it'll stay away!

Mine threw this code today. Going to reset the computer to see if it stays away.

Mine came back. Is there anything specific I should look for, other than a possible vacuum hose that is disconnected?

tooloe hadn't figured it out last time i talked to him, said he just kept resetting the CEL and the truck was running fine.

Mine also runs fine, but it is a little unnerving knowing that something is causing it.

yes it is... i'm currently looking for a way just to delete the whole evap shit it'll save some weight and i won't have to worry about the code anymore....but the code tends to come back everytime it's cold and there is moisture in the air.... on hot days like today i havn't seen it pop up yet

This is what I did, take all that shit off and throw it in the bush.

I may have found the fix. I noticed that my gas cap wasn't quite as tight as it had been. So I replaced it with a new one from Advanced Auto, and no more light. I've only driven about 100 miles, but it used to come on after around 60. So hopefully, this is the end of that particular code.
