The tech on the phone said that the chemical compund in the bottle may have not been correct. I talked with them and tried all of their suggestions, even redoing pieces using their suggestions, and it all failed. They said it happens sometimes (bad batch of sealer I guess) and they sent me a refund check because of it. I know others have had luck, but it didnt work, even using all of their suggestions, so I would never waste my time with it again. I had a friend tell me the same story, he had tried it about a year before I did with the same results I had.
