Post up your convection oven recipes....

I received a convection oven with a rotisserie for christmas and there isn't much for recipes in the manual.

I don't have much experience cooking or time and if anyone had any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have cooked many things in my convection:

Full blown turkey, pizza, muffins, cookies, pot roast, etc.. everything has turned out great..
