POWER STEERING JUST QUIT!!!

After installing my motor it was working and not 20 minutes later it quit, theres plenty of fluid in the reservoir, could something be stuck inside the pump not letting it work?

Air lock?? Thats strange, were you driving it or just idle?

idle... Its only been running about 20 minutes total, topped off the reservoir had it working slightly turning the wheel back and forth then shut off the truck and when refired nothing there. it wont even run the cooling fan.

sounds like your pump failed. wouldnt be the first. are you getting any noises?

no noises but get this, it started working again and then quit again and then started a bit later and now nothing??

Sounds like air in the lines.

If you disconnected the line from the pump,did you also remove the adapter between the line and the pump?If so,verify that the valve inside the adaptor is still there!!
