I read through a few old threads but decided to make this just in case. Here is my issue. 05 QC srt10. Started leaking power steering fluid and turning started to become difficult when turning right. Went to dealership bought a new pump, line and 2 fittings. Put the pump on replaced the line but he couldnt get one of the new fittings on a sit was too small so he was able to get the original fitting for off the old line. Put tha fitting on new line. Once everything hooked up realized the pump was not working at all. Took the pump back to dealership to replace. Got new pump installed it and now I believe my fans are not working as truck still has no power steering and only turns easily when hitting the gas.

I have read on here about a guy who sales better lines tha what dealership provides but is that my issue? I want to make sure there is nothing else.

HELP! PLEASE!

Have a feeling there's still air in the lines. We sell stainless steel braided lines with AN fittings for a leak free design.

update. So replaced power steering pump. Removed old fan and replaced with 2 Electric Fans. So that eliminated the pressure line. All had been working fine, power steering good, temperatures good, drove for a couple days no problems. Now today I did a quick burnout (nothing crazy just a quick burnout from a red light) and a few minutes later I loose power steering AGAIN. This is getting real old real fast...!

Check out my Power steering line replacement "how to". Great way to get air out of the lines.
