Do these bulbs stay on dimly when they are supposed to be off?
I know some guys that swap out to LED's have that problem.

And is this the kit needed for a 2006 regular cab ram?

No. The LED panels in this package will have built in resistors to prevent the dim light issue.

mjd91 - This part number should work for the regular cab and quad cab. Is there any way you can confirm the type of bulbs used in your map lights and dome light?

I can, I just got the truck recently and haven't pulled the bulb covers off to see exactly which ones they use yet.

I just looked on Putco's website and they don't have anything for a regular cab so I would assume the quad cab setup and regular cab setup are the same.
