Progress on the Turbo Plumbing.

so whats the max rpm your going to rev it to? oh, and what type of clutch and tranny are you going to use? what about the exhaust, im guessing its just a straight 4" pipe after the turbo's, nothing else.
ps: i heard that you were a top fuel dragster mechanic or somthing:dontknow:

Max RPM will be about 7400,
Trans is a [Mikes Ultimate Vasco TH400] with a Neal Chance Pro Mod bolt together converter
Exhaust is a 4" straight pipe. I have some race mufflers that will be set uu with V-Band clamps so it can see some street duty.
I am a crew member on a nostalgia top fuel funny car. Me lucky............

by the time this thing is running there won't be vids anymore you will get a direct feed to the microchip implanted in your temporal lobe...or you can watch it via the screen in your flying car....

It is going to have a Motec M800.

I would like to see it run, to be able to shoot some video. I have been working on it since September of 2004. That is when the engine was pulled, and we started work.

Why do you find it necessary to bag, on a poor, old, overweight, simple minded, gray haired, chronicly sick, pathetic, friendless, lonely, loveless, senior citizen, that is just doing his best to build a simple truck.
My plans and dreams are quite ordinary.
Take a perfectly good factory hotrod truck and make it a little faster and quicker.

Trailered the truck from Richard's today. It is mostly finished there and all the plumbing is done, with the exception of the O2 sensor bungs. It is all stainless and I thought Richard ordered them and he thought I ordered them. I will clock them and we can weld in the bungs later before coating and polishing.

If thats the exhaust, its going through the front bumper. I think its a ram air intake.:dontknow:
