I'm sending this from my Blackberry so I'll be brief; I'm at the National cheer competition in Myrtle Beach and both my girls are now solo national champs.

Big congratulations on that!!!! :rock: :rock: :rock: Cheerleading is brutal! I've seen girls keep doing the routine even after they broke arms, knocked out teeth, etc... It's wild at that high a level. Before any of you jokers get any ideas.... one of my ex-girlfriends used to coach. I've been to a lot of the championship cheer events.

Thanks guys. We just rolled in and I am beat. You literally sit around for 7 hours each day and wait for your kid's 2 minute routine.

As for their wins, we are very happy. However, just so everyone understands, cheerleading has several different governing associations; much like boxing. So with that said, my girls won the National championship for their particular association. There were about 100 teams competing, with about 30 girls competing individually.

Once we get the DVD in, I'll post a link to their performance.
