Today when I came home, I was reversing up a little hill on the side of my driveway and my truck died out on me. RPM's was just above idle as I was going very slow, motor just shut off. This is the second time this has happened to me in a week. First time I was creeping up my driveway, which is a little steep, truck was in D and same thing, rpm's just drop and motor just cut off on me. I wasn't able to see if I had any oil pressure drop right before it died out since it just happened out of no where. All oils/fluids are fine, oil pressure is right where it needs to be (75psi on start up idle, after long drive with oil temp at 210 idle down round 30psi, 50-75psi driving around depending on engine load and rpm), there's no loss of power truck still hauls ass. I'm kinda baffled as to why this happened and wondering if I should be worried. The first time I thought it was because the incline of the hill and my low fuel level was the factor, but today it happened on a smaller hill and I still have just above a half tank. I dunno what's up, could use some advice. Praying it's not an oil cavitation issue, (oil is still less than 3,000 miles old) Thanks guys.
