question about shipping 4 rims/tires

I'm home on leave in michigan and I found a set of rims/tires on craigslist for my girls scion XB for a price that I couldn't pass! Anyway my question is what would be the cheapest route to shipping them back to Ga? I know usps is out of the option and i can only think of ups as I believe fed ex is always more expensive to non contract customers...... What can i do?

Good God don't send em Fed Ex Express!! Cost me 496.00 for 120 lb pallet.

how does one go about going through the bus line? we have grey hound around me

I have used Greyhound Express. We just took our items to the bus depot, paid our money and away they went! Price was a lot less than UPS.

did you have to have someone on the other end pick them up from grey hound soon as it arrived or will they hold the items until someone picks them up?

They called the person when the parcel arrived. I think for an extra fee they deliver to an address as well. You would have to check on that though.
