Race City Motorsports Park Petition for Closing Race Track

The lease at one of our home tracks is about to come to a end in Oct 20, 2009. This track has a 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile paved oval, and 2 mile road course. The city will not renew the lease and the local enthusiasts need some help with a petition to provide the city showing the interest in a race track. Currently there are 6247 signatures, lets see how many more we can get. Thanks everyone.

OMG,Supercar, You have got to share some pics of the 94 Lincoln, it sounds great!

It seems to be the ultimate sleeper(94 Linc),and the look on the faces of BMW,
Vette,Mustang, etc.drivers when it blows their doors off, is priceless.
Only problem is parts breakage. It is at the shop for the 4th trans rebuild.
The reason I purchased the SRT-10 is so I would have something fun to drive
if the other was broken.
I am old enough that computers and digital photography are new to me,
but I have both now and will post photo's when I figure out how.
I also want to say that I am proud to be a member of VTCOA;
which seems to be composed of predominantly 1st class people.
