well brad(lovethistruck) and i went to the track last night and both made some new personal best, brad ran a 12.98 and i ran 12.68 and we pretty much impressed everyone at the track, i think it's so funny that people expect us to run 13.5 or slower....any way here are the 2 best passes of the night. i only wish i would've been on a 1/4 mile track when i ran my 7.97 1/8 mile pass as my 1/8 mile was 8.16 on this pass.

Elevation is like 650-700, and I think it was above 90 degrees. That track actually hooks up alright now

elevation is closer to 500ft and yeah i've cut a 1.81 60ft on it since they re did it, and it hooks as good as ennis IMO

I'd be happy just to run those kind of times !!!

ArrestmeRed ...just for your own info I did the math and with your 26" tall slicks, its like having a 4.97 rear end ratio with your stock tires. I assume you still have the 4.10 gears. Good runs!!!

We were trying to figure that out the other day, thanks.

LoveThisTruck... also if you still have the 4.10 gears and you use the M&H 390-40-17 Drag radial (29.5" tall) then its like 4.38 gears with stock tires. Potential top speed in 4th gear would be 128.4 MPH @ 6,000 RPM. That should work good for your supercharged engine!

I have full slicks... think they're 31.5 in diameter

trainman thanks for the info as brad said we were wondering what it would be, and maybe it was ennis that was 500ft?:dontknow:

brad maybe you should look into getting some 28 or 29 inch tires, WAY cheaper than a gear swap

so if i calculated right, my 4:56 gears would be more like 4:88's on the M&H 390-40-17 Drag radials - right ?:dontknow:

Ya, I need to get it tuned right first. It's not running like it should. I was thinking it was me and I just need to practine and the times will get better, but didn't you run a 8.3 on the 1/8 in it?? That's equal to approx a 12.9 which is what I ran last night:dontknow: I don't know man

Roe sounds good!!!

get that thing down in the lower 12's

MoparRacing...you are very close...With 4.56 and the 29.5" tall M&H it is like having 4.869 or 4.87 gears and stock tires. Potential speed in 4th gear @ 6,000 is 115.5 MPH.
